Erwin has been involved in recording work for many years both as a Producer and as a Session Guitarist.
As a Session Guitarist, he has played on numerous singles and albums for some of the top producers in the UK, South Africa & France. These include the likes of Pete Waterman, Ian Levine and Ray Hedges. He has also worked with Ennio Morricone on the Hollywood film “City of Joy”.
He has played on many tracks that have charted internationally (see “Discography” section for more details).
As a Producer & Song Writer, working in his own studio "Land Of Hope and Gloria" , he has produced numerous tracks ranging from the re-recording of hits by original artists such as Odyssey, The Three Degrees & Kajagoogoo, to many “easy listening” and “instrumental” albums featuring some of the best musicians in the UK.
Erwin co-wrote and produced all the songs for the Spice Girls which resulted in them being signed to a major label.
He has also written and produced the music for a BBC comedy series, created tracks for Playstation games as well as some of the finest “soundalike albums” ever recorded in the UK.
He continues to produce quality backing tracks for artists, television and karaoke labels but most noticeably for his own, soon to be launched backing tracks download website called “SING ME” Backing Tracks.
